Nightfall in the Rockies is a special winter stargazing event designed to showcase Rocky Mountain National Park after dark. This experience is our Winter Wonderland Tour with added magic—extended evening hours and engaging insights into the seasonal night sky led by truly passionate guides.

The tour begins near sunset, following the transition from golden hour into twilight and full night. As daylight fades, winter constellations rise, the Milky Way becomes visible, and deep-sky objects emerge against the darkening alpine sky. Winter’s crisp air and early nightfall create ideal conditions for observing celestial features.
